RETURN POLICY

Unless otherwise specified, new items in their original packaging, including carry bag and storage straps may be returned within 60 days of purchase for a refund, less $10 restock fee per order. If the return is the result of our error, such as shipping an incorrect item, we will provide return shipping at no cost.

Please clean your mat, roll up with the logo facing out (dots facing in), and secured with the two Velcro straps, before placing in the carry bag.

Gxmmat Mats that are received dirty or damaged during shipping will incur additional fees.

That's it...no hassle's and no RMA's, just send them back and we'll take care of the rest!

Allow up to two weeks to receive refunds.  This time period includes the return ship time, processing your return and initiating a refund.
